Summer School
Summer Islamic School 2008
July 8 to August 1, 2008
Full steam ahead for Summer School Preparations! AIA is in the process of putting together a one-month Islamic Summer School program for the AIA community youth. After last year’s successful program, parents and children alike are asking about this year’s Summer School.
At this point in time, it seems like the school may be held in the month of July, so if you are interested, keep that month free!
Discussions are underway for organizing the Boys’ program.
For the girls, there is a very special and exciting Summer Camp program being planned, called “Camp Busy Bees”. See Page 9 of the AIA Newsletter for April 2008 for details. The young girls of the community will NOT want to miss this program of fun and learning! This program is held at a few other masaajids around Chicagoland. AIA’s ability to hold it at its facility will depend on how many children register for the program. So community members, take a look at the information and SIGN UP when registration starts!
You will not be disappointed in these learning opportunities!
